whoa, you actually have to out them "behind bars" while you clean the house? I guess that kinda makes house-cleaning easier ... Kootoo and Muffin "helps" with the moping by skidding after the mop, while Milo is still petrified by the the rumbling vacuum cleaner.

I wish now that I had thought of caging the kitties up when I cleaned. I just let them roam around wherever they please which might explain why I end up doing everything twice!

We have to cage them for those 2 hours else they will be running all over, leaving paw prints all over the wet floor. The worst thing would be that they may touch some of the detergent and then ingest it. *gulp*

So far, only Kim Kim knows that she is not allowed to move around during cleaning time. If she is not caged then, she will snooze on top of the cabinet, sofa, bed and wait for us to finish everything before moving around. She is one smart cat.

This must be a really big cage to accomodate all 5 at one time. :)They all look so paceful sleeping.

Besides caging them during the weekly cleaning, we also place them there for an hour or so after we had bath them so that they can dry off in there without snuggling onto the bed and sofa and wetting everything.

Bon Bon is so well trained that she will go to the cage voluntarily, waiting to go in, every Sat when she senses that we are about to start dusting. The others just rry to hide. :)

Can I know where to get that white base? It does not come with the cat cage right? I want to add into my meowies 'Jailhouse Rock'.

It comes in all shades of gaudy colours like bright red, green, blue. I took the tamest grey. Can find in NTUC. If I remember correctly, it's $10+ for a pack of 6.
